JOB TITLE: FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE
LOCATION: Lagos
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Attend to members and visitors, answer their queries and perform some general office duties.
Attending to telephone calls, re-directing the calls and screening the telephone call.
Welcoming people who enter the Hub in a pleasant manner.
Performing certain duties assigned by the hub Manager.
Constantly gather information updates on existing and new Hub Members.
Coordinating between front office and other departments within the Hub.
Converse clearly and pleasingly to the Members and Visitors.
Dealing with and handling all kinds of customers, members and other executives request and handling any complex situation smartly.
Report any unusual activities or situations that cannot be managed by self to either the Operations Officer or the hub manager.
Updating and submitting all Issues Log and daily reports on all front desk activities to the Operations Officer before the close of business.
Ensuring that there is a constant refreshing odor in and around the front desk area as well as other parts of the hub.
Performs all other administrative duties assigned by the hub manager.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Qualification OND.
Required Experience 1 - 3 years.
Must have a good inter-personal relation.
Ability to pay attention to details.
Applicant must have a good command of English, and a good communicator, smart, and good sense of humour.
